BOTT XR1 based designs

It is always nice when you see that other designers are creating, just for fun, their own versions of possible Bottpower models. In this post we will show you some proposals that we received recently, based on the BOTT XR1.

Our friend Carles (who also sent us his proposal for the BOTT 1000 MORLACO, that we are using as a base for the redesign of this bike), has created here a BOTT XR1-E really futuristic and aggressive, with some very original design ideas. We find this design simply amazing.

Dimitri Hettinga, from dutch firm Super Motor Company (they are the creators of the super cool “Salt shaker”), sent us a few days ago this image with a more friendly, less agressive design. His proposal has a vintage touch, which is very trendy, making the bike looking classic but very modern at the same time. We like it a lot!

Olivier Mari, a designer who shows his work in his blog Desmo Design, is making several render proposals, from a XR1 with a spectacular front end, till a XR1 cafe racer, really cool. If you visit his website, you will find several more proposals based on Bottpower bikes, and many other brands.

From Bottpower, we want to say thank you to Carles, Dimitri and Olivier. We enjoy a lot when we receive some design proposals made by other people.
Which one of these do you like more? Would you like to see any of them built in reality?

  1. I’d like to see them all be a reality.

I’d like to see more images of the XR1-E’s front end, that front fairing looks amazing in profile.

SMC’s version looks like the easiest to make real so I think it’s worth the effort to make that happen, especially since they’re into Mopeds and I like anyone that has the time for smaller machinery,

As for Desmo Design… they’re incredible, and my inspiration. Any collaboration with them would be exceptional.

Ultimately, do what you want. You’re getting it right so far.
